Where can I purchase NuWay Kitchen cabinetry?
NuWay Kitchens serves its local market in the St. John’s region through its showroom located on Topsail Rd., Paradise, NL. and also through independent kitchens stores throughout the province and into the New England States. Can I customize my cabinetry?
NuWay Kitchens is a semi-custom manufacture with over 1500 various sizes of cabinetry in our cabinet library with the capability of customizing each cabinet to suit a specific size or to adjust to customer needs and requirements.

How long does it take to receive my cabinets after I place the order?
A. Typically NuWay’s lead times are three to four weeks once the order has been confirmed and acknowledged. During peak times the lead time can be extended given recognition of daily capacity. Once all paperwork is completed NuWay provides a shipping (installation) date which is relayed to the customer or to the dealer.

Does NuWay manufacture their cabinets doors or are they out sourced?
NuWay is one of the few Canadian kitchen cabinet manufacturers that produce their own cabinet doors for their cabinets. This gives the flexibility and ensures timely delivery of the cabinets.

What type of wood species is available?
A. Our standard species offering for our cabinet doors is birch, oak, maple and cherry with over twenty different styles of doors. (see cabinet door section)

What is used for cabinet interiors?
NuWay has some choices when it comes to cabinet material. Standard offering is white and maple melamine interior which there is no price differential. Also maple plywood interior is available upon request, special quote would need to be obtained.

How many options do I have when choosing the type of counter top I want?
NuWay’s sister company, Horizon Laminates produces the counter top needs for NuWay Kitchens Ltd. The standard offering is post formed counter tops with over 120 stocked colours in Formica and Arborite. There is also a variety of 6 edge profiles available for personal taste.

NuWay also offers solid surface counter tops (Staron), granite and engineered stone with the latest in various colours and profiles. It is noteworthy that these typse of ‘high end’ counter tops requires a template after the cabinetry is installed and could take three weeks further to install.

How do I care for our NuWay Kitchen?
Regular maintenance of the cabinet ensures longer life of the kitchen and years of satisfaction of the product. Reference to the warranty section of customer care will give you the regular maintenance required.
